When we lost our original caterer, about a month before our retreat, I initially felt panic. Fortunately, I found Cynthia, of Sweet and Savory Catering. She responded promptly to my request and was extremely responsive to all our communications and needs. Because our group has many, many dietary restrictions, we present challenges to many caterers. Cynthia responded with creative and yummy menus. The non-gluten, non-dairy, non-most everything chocolate cake was a huge yummy hit! The homemade, fermented carrots were a special addition to delicious salads, beautifully prepaired. The wraps (meat and vegetarian) and soups must have required some time and detail to prepare. She delivered all meals and even provided dishes that she took home to wash herself. We highly recommend her services and thank her for the attention and nourishment provided!
